Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This PR adds support for SQLite3 in addition to MySQL. All methods stay essentially the same to make SQLite a drop-in replacement for MySQL if desired.
