Add a .placeholder file where a target file or directory is overlapped with another configuration. A file in /example/directory/file.txt would be stored as /example/directory.txt.placeholder in all other archives that does not contain that abspath_target. Each .placeholder file contains the abspath_destination where that file is stored.
